If your order is damaged or incorrect:

Womp womp, hit the complaints rig buddy. In all seriousness if something is wrong with your poster, contact support@geobaz.com ASAP and we’ll get your order corrected as quickly as possible!

If you want to return your order: 

Did you realise that just like your weak ass fitment: you ordered the wrong size? No problem! You can return your poster within 14 days of receipt, as long as it’s in the same condition and packaging that it was received; unmarked, untorn and not used as a drip tray for your janky E36.

To start a return, contact support@geobaz.com with your order number and once it arrives back with us and we’ve checked it out, we’ll refund you your money. 

Do I need to pay any extra tax?

There should be no custom fees as our posters are produced in 4 different locations;

EU - Shipped from the Netherlands

USA/Canada - Shipped from the USA

Australia - Shipped from Australia

In very rare circumstances additional taxes may be payable, we are not liable for these. If you have any issues or questions, please contact us at support@geobaz.com and we can look into it for you.

My order hasn’t arrived

Just like trying to hit 60 in a Miata, if what you ordered never arrives, then we’ll replace your poster for free. Contact support@geobaz.com if your poster doesn’t turn up in the time frames below and we’ll look into it for you.
